Marlon Koster-von Franquemont

Meet Marlon von Franquemont, a Creative Director with nearly 20 years of experience helping brands connect with people through ideas that work. Across agencies such as Jung von Matt, DDB Berlin, and INNOCEAN Berlin, he has built a reputation for combining creative excellence with effectiveness, earning more than 200 international awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD Pencils, Clios, Effies and ADC’s.

Beyond creating award-winning work, Marlon is passionate about fostering the conditions that make creativity possible. With over 7 years of teaching and mentoring experience, Marlon is committed to education, collaboration, and bringing the right minds together.

Jonathan van Loon

Meet Jonathan van Loon, a Creative and Art Director based in Amsterdam, helping brands tell meaningful stories through ideas and craft. He combines human-centric thinking with meticulous attention to detail, shaping campaigns that connect and inspire.

Over his career, Jonathan has worked with leading agencies including Publicis Groupe NL, ClemengerBBDO Sydney, Selmore, DEPT, and McCann Amsterdam, as well as freelance collaborations with AKQA, , Accenture Song, Fitzroy, and CHE Proximity. His work has been recognized with national and international awards, including Cannes Lions, Clio, Epica, The One Show, New York Festivals, Eurobest, and Effie.

Jonathan’s campaigns have been featured across global media outlets such as Adweek, Creativity Online, Fast Company, Wired, National Geographic, CNBC, and Tokyo TV, reflecting his ability to create work that resonates widely and leaves a lasting impact.

Meet Henrique Louzada, a Creative Director based in Amsterdam who builds campaigns that connect people and brands through insight, craft, and cultural relevance. With 15 years of experience across PR, integrated, film, digital, social, and experiential work, Henrique thrives on uncovering human truths to spark ideas that matter.

He has worked with leading creative teams and brands worldwide, earning over 50 industry awards, including Cannes Lions and other prestigious international honors.

Henrique studied advertising, laying the foundation for a career that combines strategy, creativity, and human-centered storytelling. Outside of work, he brings the same curiosity and energy to life — running, playing tennis, experimenting in the kitchen, photographing Amsterdam’s canals, or spending time with his dog.
